How we get you connected
Five steps from intake to a campaign that is ready to send, with a person checking each one.
- Tell us about the businessYou send the legal business name, EIN, entity type, address, website, contact details and a plain description of the texts you send. We review everything against what carriers and reviewers check, and tell you straight away if something is likely to cause trouble.
- We register the brandWe submit your business identity to The Campaign Registry and handle verification. If details do not match official records or the website is not ready, we tell you what to correct before it goes in.
- We write and register the campaignWe choose the use case, write the campaign description and sample messages, describe your message flow and opt-in process, and prepare the opt-out and help responses. The goal is one consistent story that a reviewer can check against your website and your actual traffic.
- We handle carrier review and fix rejectionsIf a submission is returned, we read the reason, find the real cause, correct the submission and resubmit. We keep you informed of what changed and why, so the same mistake does not come back on the next campaign.
- You connect and sendOnce the campaign is approved, we give you what you need to attach your numbers and connect the campaign in your messaging platform, together with notes on the consent and opt-out practices that keep it in good standing.
What to have ready
The more complete the information at the start, the fewer rounds of correction later. If you do not have something, tell us and we will help you work out what to use.
- Legal business name and EIN, as on your tax records
- Entity type and registered business address
- Live website address
- A contact person with email and phone number
- What you text about and who receives the messages
- How people agree to receive your texts, and a link to the form if there is one
- The messaging platform you send through
- If you were rejected: the rejection message and what was submitted
What we check before we submit
Most returned registrations were avoidable. Before we submit anything we compare your details with what verification will check, read your website the way a reviewer would, and confirm that the campaign description, sample messages and consent flow all say the same thing.
- Business details match official records
- The website is live and matches the business
- A privacy policy and SMS terms can be found
- The opt-in form carries the right consent language
- The use case fits the messages you actually send
- Sample messages name the business and read like real traffic
- Links in messages use your own domain
What you can expect from us
Clear communication
You get a plain-language update at each stage: what we submitted, what came back and what happens next. If we need something from you, we ask for exactly that.
No fixed promises about timing
Brand and campaign reviews are carried out by third parties, and the time they take varies, especially when a submission is returned for correction. We tell you where things stand rather than quoting a date we cannot control.
Honest assessments
If your category or consent practices are likely to cause a problem, you will hear it before we submit, together with the options.
When a submission is returned
A returned submission is not the end. We read the reason, compare it with what was submitted and with your website, and find the real cause, which is often broader than the message suggests. We then correct the related problems together, resubmit, and tell you what changed so the same issue does not repeat on later campaigns.
See the ten common rejection causes for what we usually find.
After your campaign is approved
Approval means your campaign can send, not that nothing can go wrong. We give you notes on keeping the program in good standing:
- Send messages that match what you registered
- Register new kinds of messages instead of sending them under an old campaign
- Honor STOP requests immediately and keep opt-out records
- Keep proof of consent for every contact
- Keep your website, privacy policy and SMS terms live and accurate
- Tell us if your business name, address or messaging changes
What we do not do
We do not promise approval, because the registry and carriers decide. We do not invent consent or business details, and we do not register campaigns for traffic that relies on purchased or rented lists. If your situation is unlikely to be approved, we tell you early and explain the options.
